Sunday Special-Ham & Spinach Scramble

3 eggs, ham, spinach, peas, corn, mushrooms, tomatoes, feta cheese. Topped with hollandaise sauce. Country potatoes and English muffin. Our soup is roasted red pepper and the coffee flavor is ginger bread.
